Agape學校國際事工邀請函
親愛的主內弟兄姊妹、以及世界各地華人基督教會的牧者與同工們，平安！
我們懷著感恩與盼望的心，與您分享神在巴拿馬這片土地上為 Agape Christian Academy 所開啟的一扇新的門。
在過去幾年裡，神一步一步帶領我們，使這所創立不久的小小學校逐漸成長。如今，主更奇妙地預備，使我們預購了一塊五千多平方米的土地。這是一塊主所託付的禾場，等待著被耕耘、被灌溉，使福音的種子在這裡生根、發芽、結果。。
這塊土地的獲得，讓我們看見一個更大的異象，我們須要擴大招生，建立更完善的校園環境，讓更多在巴拿馬的華人家庭與下一代有機會在基督的愛中成長，在教育與信仰中同時被建造。
我們深深相信，教育不僅是知識的傳遞，更是生命的塑造。
在課堂之間，在老師與學生的相處之中，在每天的禱告與靈修裡，我們盼望把主耶穌基督的愛與救恩，自然地傳遞給每一個孩子，也傳遞給他們的家庭與社區。
因此，我們懷著謙卑與期待，向巴拿馬以外各國的華人基督教會發出誠摯的邀請：
一、歡迎神學生前來實習與參與事奉
若有神學院的學生，願意在海外宣教與教育事工中學習與成長，我們誠摯歡迎您來Agape Christian Academy實習。
在這裡，您可以：
* 參與校園靈修與學生關懷
* 協助教學與品格教育
* 探訪華人商店、家庭
* 接觸跨文化福音事工
* 在實際服事中經歷神的帶領
願這段時間成為您生命中寶貴的裝備與祝福。
二、邀請願意投身教育事工的基督徒教師
我們也誠摯邀請有負擔的基督徒弟兄姊妹，若神感動您來到拉丁美洲華人群體中服事，歡迎加入我們的團隊。
無論您是願意：
* *長期服事*
* *中期參與*
* *短期支援*
只要神把感動放在您的心中，我們都敞開雙手歡迎。
我們特別需要的科目包括：
* 英文
* 數學
* 地理
* 科學
* 以及各類基礎教育課程
但更重要的，不只是教授知識，而是在生命裡活出信仰，使學生在老師的榜樣中，看見 *基督的愛、真理與盼望*。
三、一起在主的禾場同工
巴拿馬是連接南北美洲的重要之地，也是許多華人移居、經商、生活的地方。然而，在這裡成長的許多華人孩子，卻很少有機會接觸福音。
因此，我們深信，神把這塊土地交託給我們，不只是為了蓋一所學校，更是為了建立一個福音的平台。在這裡，孩子們可以在基督的愛中學習，他們的家庭可以聽見福音，華人群體可以更多得到關懷，讓我們透過學術教育成為宣教的橋樑。
親愛的主內家人們，
我們誠摯邀請您與我們一同參與這份使命。
願我們在這片土地上，
因著主內的愛，彼此關懷，彼此扶持，彼此同工。
讓我們一起見證神如何在看似微小的開始中，成就祂奇妙而榮耀的作為。

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, and pastors and co-workers of Chinese Christian churches around the world, peace to you!
With hearts full of gratitude and hope, we would like to share with you a new door that God has opened for Agape Christian Academy here in Panama.
Over the past few years, God has been faithfully leading us step by step, allowing this small and newly established school to grow gradually. Now, in His wonderful provision, we have been able to pre-purchase a piece of land of more than 5,000 square meters. This is a field entrusted to us by the Lord—waiting to be cultivated and watered so that the seeds of the Gospel may take root, grow, and bear fruit.
The acquisition of this land allows us to see a greater vision. We hope to expand student enrollment and build a more complete campus environment so that more Chinese families in Panama and the next generation may have the opportunity to grow in the love of Christ, being built up both in education and in faith.
We firmly believe that education is not only the transmission of knowledge, but also the shaping of life.
In the classroom, in the daily interactions between teachers and students, and in times of prayer and devotion, we desire to naturally share the love and salvation of Jesus Christ with every child—and through them, with their families and communities.
Therefore, with humility and expectation, we extend a sincere invitation to Chinese Christian churches around the world outside Panama:
1. Welcome Seminary Students for Internship and Ministry Participation
If there are seminary students who are willing to learn and grow through overseas mission and educational ministry, we warmly welcome you to intern at Agape Christian Academy.
Here you may:
- Participate in campus devotions and student care
- Assist in teaching and character education
- Visit Chinese businesses and families
- Experience cross-cultural Gospel ministry
- Encounter God’s guidance through practical service
May this period become a precious time of preparation and blessing in your life.
2. Invitation to Christian Teachers with a Heart for Educational Ministry
We also sincerely invite brothers and sisters who feel called to educational ministry. If God moves your heart to serve among the Chinese community in Latin America, we warmly welcome you to join our team.
Whether you are willing to serve:
- Long-term
- Mid-term
- Short-term
If God places this calling in your heart, we open our arms to welcome you.
The subjects we especially need include:
- English
- Mathematics
- Geography
- Science
- Various foundational education courses
Yet more important than teaching knowledge is living out the faith in daily life, so that students may see the love, truth, and hope of Christ through the example of their teachers.
3. Serving Together in the Lord’s Harvest Field
Panama is an important gateway connecting North and South America, and it is also a place where many Chinese people have immigrated, started businesses, and built their lives. However, many Chinese children growing up here have very few opportunities to encounter the Gospel.
Therefore, we believe that God has entrusted this land to us not merely to build a school, but to establish a platform for the Gospel. Here, children can learn in the love of Christ, their families can hear the Gospel, and the Chinese community can receive greater care. Through education, we hope to become a bridge for mission.
Dear family in the Lord,
We sincerely invite you to participate in this mission together with us.
May we, on this land,
care for one another, support one another, and serve together in the love of Christ.
Let us witness together how God accomplishes His wonderful and glorious work through what may appear to be a small beginning.
May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you and with your church.
